Banff Sunshine, Lake Louise and Mt Norquay offer skiers and boarders unlimited variety, from super wide groomers, glade runs to steep and deep chutes and black diamond mogul thrill rides. Check out the new high-speed heated bubble chairlifts at Banff Sunshine and Lake Louise. Skiing/Boarding for all levels (25% beginner, 45% intermediate, 30% advanced/expert)
After a day of skiing, enjoy Banff’s nightlife, restaurants, coffee shops and shopping.
Accommodations
Banff Aspen Lodge
We will be staying at the club favourite Banff Aspen Lodge, a 3-minute walk from Banff’s restaurants and shops. The low-key rooms offer free WiFi, TVs, minifridges, and tea and coffeemaking equipment. Other amenities include a steam room, a sauna, and a courtyard with 2 hot tubs and an outdoor fireplace. There’s also a meeting room, and ski and gear storage.

Important dates and payment information
- A $100 non-refundable application fee payable to Cedar Springs Ski Club Inc. with the trip application.
- Application is on a first-come/first serve basis. You will be notified of successful application within 48 hours and provided with a link to Merit Travel payment portal where you will be required to pay a $500 deposit, plus travel insurance (optional) September 1, 2026 to retain your place.
- Final Payment including any options selected will be due October 5, 2026 via the same portal.
- Cancellation details:
- The $100 application fee is non-refundable.
- If you cancel all payments including deposits, fees and balance of payment are non-refundable.
Travel Insurance
CSSC strongly recommends the purchase of trip cancellation insurance to protect non-refundable deposits and payments in the event participants are forced to cancel their vacation for medical reasons. Travel insurance (cancellation and/or medical) is offered by Merit Travel with Allianz Travel and will be available through Merit Travel when you register for the trip on their portal.
Application Date
Application for this trip will be available via the CSSC website on Tuesday, August 11, 2026 at 9 pm.
**You must be a paid member to register. Application by non-club members will go directly to the waiting list until the membership fees are paid.

When applying online for an extended trip, we trust that our members have every intention of completing the application with payments. Please note that incomplete applications or cancelling a trip after completing the application will result in a $100 administration fee, payable to the club. This fee is in addition to any penalties/forfeited deposits levied by 3rd party vendors.
