Revelstoke and Panorama Ski Safari

Sunday February 28 – Monday March 8, 2027

This will be a fun trip combining 2 fabulous IKON ski resorts. Revelstoke is known for its high annual snowfall and mix of slopes. You can take it easy or go for the steep and challenging runs.  We will be staying in town for 3 days and have lots of food options and interesting things to do.

The transfer day will give us a leisurely start to the day, with a break in Golden for lunch and time to tour the town. We also have an option of a relaxing stop at the hot springs for some muscle and joint relief.

Panorama is one of the largest ski areas with 3,000 acres of skiable terrain with an impressive vertical of 4,265 ft. It has wide groomed trails for beginners and intermediates and Taynton bowl will satisfy the expert skiers with it’s deep and steep terrain. We will be at a convenient ski in/ski out hotel.

We will fly into Kelowna and return from Calgary.

Accommodations

Revelstoke – Fairfield Inn and suites by Marriot, 4 nights

The hotel is conveniently located in Revelstoke and is within walking distance of fantastic restaurants and cafes. You can relax in the outdoor hot tub or work out in the well-equipped fitness center. Start your day with a complimentary breakfast, which includes a variety of options.

Guest rooms have two Queen beds with a full bathroom, minifridge, microwave, hair dryer, desk.

Panorama – The Approach Hotel on the hill, 4 nights

This hotel just had a multi-million-dollar upgrade and has transformed into a fresh  mountainside accommodation, Mountain and seconds from the main chairlift. It is in a prime location in the heart of the upper village with restaurants, bars and hot pools just steps from your hotel room.

Guest rooms have 2 Queen beds.

$3,160* CDN per person (Double occupancy).
(Add $1,025 for single occupancy)

  • 6-day Senior 65+ lift pass deduct $125 (from base package price)
  • Non skier or IKON Pass Holder deduct: $610
  • Land Only deduct: $840 (must be at Kelowna airport for pick up when our flight arrives)

Important dates and payment information

  • A $100 non-refundable application fee payable to Cedar Springs Ski Club Inc. with the trip application.
  • Application is on a first-come/first serve basis.
  • You will be notified of successful application within 48 hours and provided with a link to SkiCan’s payment portal.
  • The trip deposit of $500, plus travel insurance (optional) by September 25, 2026 using the SkiCan payment Portal.
  • Final Payment including is due January 4, 2027 via the same portal.
  • Cancellation details:
    • The $100 application fee is non-refundable.
    • If you cancel, all payments, including deposits, fees and balance of payment are all non-refundable.

Travel Insurance

CSSC strongly recommends the purchase of trip cancellation insurance to protect non-refundable deposits and payments in the event participants are forced to cancel their vacation for medical reasons. Travel insurance (cancellation and/or medical) is offered by SkiCan with Allianz-Global and will be available through SkiCan once you’ve registered for the trip and been provided with the SkiCan payment portal.

Application Date

Application for this trip will be available via the CSSC website on Wednesday, September 9, 2025 at 9 pm. You must be a member to register.
Applications by non-club members will go directly to the waiting list until the membership fees are paid.

When applying online for an extended trip, we trust that our members have every intention of completing the application with payments.  Please note that incomplete applications or cancelling a trip after completing the application will result in a $100 administration fee, payable to the club.  This fee is in addition to any penalties/forfeited deposits levied by 3rd party vendors.
