Canada’s 2nd largest ski area consists of three mountains and 4,270 acres of skiable terrain. Sun Peaks offers something for everyone: 10% beginner, 58% intermediate, 32% advanced. Average season snowfall of over 6 metres of powder, long easy cruisers, glades, bumps and steeps, there is something for everyone.
The European-style ski-through village is filled with locally owned shops, cafes, and restaurants.

We will be staying at the Sun Peaks Grand (Deluxe Rooms- double occupancy)
This 4-star property has a convenient ski-in/ski-out location in the heart of the village. Guests can enjoy full services such as Mantles Restaurant and Lounge, room service and ski valet. Enjoy the use of the health club with indoor entrance to a heated pool, 3 hot tubs, gym, steam room and sauna. The rooms offer 1 king or 2 queen beds. All rooms have a hair dryer, mini fridge, high-speed internet, coffee maker, kettle, as well as a microwave in a common area on each floor.

Important dates and payment information
- A $100 non-refundable application fee payable to Cedar Springs Ski Club Inc. with the trip application.
- Application is on a first-come/first serve basis. You will be notified of successful application within 48 hours and provided with a link to SkiCan’s payment portal where you will be required to pay a $500 deposit, plus travel insurance (optional) by September 26, 2025 to retain your place.
- Final Payment including any options selected will be due January 13, 2026 via the same portal.
- Cancellation details:
- The $100 application fee is non-refundable.
- If you cancel all payments including deposits, fees and balance of payment are non-refundable.
Travel Insurance
CSSC strongly recommends the purchase of trip cancellation insurance to protect non-refundable deposits and payments in the event participants are forced to cancel their vacation for medical reasons. Travel insurance (cancellation and/or medical) is offered by SkiCan with Allianz-Global and will be available through SkiCan once you’ve registered for the trip and been provided with the SkiCan payment portal.

When applying online for an extended trip, we trust that our members have every intention of completing the application with payments. Please note that incomplete applications or cancelling a trip after completing the application will result in a $100 administration fee, payable to the club. This fee is in addition to any penalties/forfeited deposits levied by 3rd party vendors.
