Membership Liability Waiver

I/We hereby apply to become a member of Cedar Springs Ski Club Inc.

I/We acknowledge and understand that Cedar Springs Ski Club Inc.’s purpose is the organization of athletic and social activities and that the membership fee paid is for that purpose only.

I/We acknowledge and understand that Cedar Springs Ski Club Inc., and its directors and officers shall not be responsible for any theft of, loss or damage to any personal property of any member or their guests, or for any personal injury to, or death of any member or their guests, arising out of participation in any activities organized by Cedar Springs Ski Club Inc.

I/We hereby release Cedar Springs Ski Club Inc., and its directors and officers from any and all claims, demands, and liabilities; arising out of such as theft, loss, damage, injury, or death.

I/We agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cedar Springs Ski Club Inc. against any claims or suits against it arising as a result of my negligence or conduct relating to my/our participation in skiing or snowboarding.

I/We acknowledge and understand that all ski and snowboarding TIPS provided by Cedar Springs Ski Club Inc., or any of its directors and officers, or members are provided entirely at my own risk, and that Cedar Springs Ski Club Inc., its directors and officers, employees, and members shall not be responsible for any personal injury to, or death of any member, or any guest of any member, arising out of participation.

I/We hereby release Cedar Springs Ski Club Inc., its directors and officers, members, and any ski or snowboarding instructors from any and all claims, and demands, arising out of participation in such skiing or snowboarding TIPS.

I/We acknowledge and understand that Cedar Springs Ski Club Inc., and its directors and officers may collect and use my/our email address(es) to communicate with the membership for club business. I/We consent to the use of my/our email address(es) being used by Cedar Springs Ski Club Inc., its directors and officers for the use of club business and its operations.

I acknowledge that I am 18 years of age or over and am the legal guardian of or have the consent and or authority of any additional applicant(s) on this application to sign on their behalf.

Photography: While participating in club trips or activities, there is a possibility your image may be captured by other club members & participants. Cedar Springs Ski Club Inc. its Director(s) and or Officer(s) cannot control nor can they be held liable for the sharing of images privately or on any public media outlet(s).
