Family Day Weekend
Spend Family Day weekend in the Fingerlakes region of New York, celebrating President’s Day!
Depart Saturday and make a quick stop at Duty-Free en route to Bristol Mountain for an extended day of skiing. Sunday, shop at Waterloo Outlets (optional second day at Bristol available for the cost of a lift ticket) and Monday, ski at Swain Mountain!
Sunday evening, we’ll gather to enjoy a pizza, beer and wine on-site. Please bring your favorite board game or cards to engage in some friendly competition.
Please note: We must have a minimum of 40 participants to run this trip
Accommodations
We’ll be staying at the Comfort Inn & Suites (breakfast included), which has an indoor pool and hot tub for your enjoyment.
Package includes
- All coach transportation, leaving from and returning to Guelph Line parking lot.
- Duty Free stop on the way to the United States.
- 2 nights accommodation at the Comfort Inn Farmington – double occupancy.
- Saturday lift ticket at Bristol Mountain including evening ski and Monday lift ticket at Swain Ski Resort.
- Afternoon at the Finger Lakes Premium Outlets in Waterloo, NY (option to return to Bristol for another day of skiing – lift ticket is additional cost).
- Sunday evening pizza party at hotel, including beer and wine.
Important dates and payment information
- A $100 non-refundable application fee payable to Cedar Springs Ski Club Inc. via Credit Card due on the trip Application. This will also serve as deposit for the trip.
- Balance of $429 double or $589 single will be payable directly to the club by January 3, 2025 to hold your place on the trip.
- Cancellation details:
- The $100 application fee/deposit is non-refundable regardless of timing of cancellation by participant. If the trip is cancelled by the club due to lack of participation, the $100 will be fully refunded.
- There will be no immediate reimbursement of balance payments for any cancellations after January 3rd. Once the trip has been completed and all finances of the trip settled, a refund will be issued only for costs that were not incurred on your behalf such as lift tickets.

- Sunday Ski at Bristol – purchase additional lift ticket on site.
Travel Insurance
Recommend CAA or bank for US medical coverage in case of an emergency while away.

Application for this trip will be available via the CSSC website on Wednesday, October 2, 2024, at 9 pm.

When applying online for an extended trip, we trust that our members have every intention of completing the application with payments. Please note that incomplete applications or cancelling a trip after completing the application will result in a $100 administration fee, payable to the club. This fee is in addition to any penalties/forfeited deposits levied by 3rd party vendors.
